About Denise
Where it all started
Denise began her career path at the height of the Real Estate market boom throughout Southern California in 2003. In the mortgage industry, her extensive experience in administration and customer service gave Denise the edge to be working alongside some big financial institutions such as Bank of America and Countrywide, and reputable firms as First American Title and Chicago Title.
Denise has completed her Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA. Also, Denise has had the honor and privilege to have worked for such high profile designers and companies such as Kenneth Cole New York, Saks Fifth Avenue, Williams-Sonoma, and Pottery Barn. In 2014,
Denise is now the proud co-owner of Johnson & Fernandez, LLC an Interior Design and Remodeling firm. She is currently a Licensed Broker Associate and Partner of Allianz Capital Group in Irvine, CA.
